From Alpha to Beta: Phase 2

Following our roadmap, we are releasing the second phase of “Alpha to Beta” on Area Layer, after the recent releases with Hyperarm and Javascript-DLC. We have one more surprise:
- Intra-Lightning(Released in Beta): It’s on testnet for now and written in Javascript and Rust (WIP).
